The first centre of “Novada” brand by Turkmall, Novada Outlet Söke has opened its doors. Required an investment of EUR 40 million, the centre comprises of 60 stores.
Having been the first outlet of “Novada” brand, Novada Outlet Söke has opened its doors in April. Developed jointly by Turkmall and Anaterra with an investment of EUR 40 million, Novada Outlet Söke is located at the junction of Aydın-Izmir highway which connects popular holiday districts such as Didim and Bodrum to Söke. The centre is a popular stop for not only people in Söke, but also for locals and tourists who are visiting such holiday districts.
Stressing that Turkmall is aiming to enhance the economy of Söke, “Turkmall provides a serious cause for positive change with its developments. This project will help to boom the local economy of Söke” said Levent Eyüboğlu, Turkmall Vice President, at the opening ceremony of the centre.
Attaining the occupancy rate of 98% in the first three months, Novada Outlet Söke offers a pleasant shopping experience with its architectural design inspired by Aegean Region. Constructed on a land of 31.000 square meters, the centre offers a GLA of 26.300 square meters with 60 stores, such as Kipa Extra, Boyner Outlet, Koton, LC Waikiki, De Facto, Teknosa, Mudo City, US Polo, Toyzz Shop, Derimod, Kiğılı, Adil Işık, Tekin Acar Kozmetik, Mavi, Adidas, Nike along with 15 restaurants and cafes.
Novada Outlet Söke designed to reflect the new outlook of Söke and it will offer unique opportunities to the people of Söke with dynamic marketing activities. Providing employment to 1.000 people, the centre is expected attract 4 million visitors per year.
