Novada Manavgat, the biggest shopping center and leisure destination of the region offering 120 local and international brands including H&M, MMM Migros, LC Waikiki, Koton, DeFacto, Cinemaximum, Teknosa, Deichmann and Starbucks, will be hosting 12 million visitors annually.
On Thursday, April 28th at 14:00, Novada Manavgat will be opened to offer 120 new brands in Manavgat, the second biggest district and one of the most important touristic destinations of Antalya. Novada Manavgat is constructed on a 78,000 m2 area including the indoor parking area, in a short period of 10 months. It is 75km apart from Antalya, on the middle of Antalya-Alanya highway, where 30 thousand vehicles pass every day. Furthermore, the shopping center will be a center of attraction for locals and tourists with its accessible location near the Manavgat bus terminal.
Manavgat, as the latest link to the Novada chain will invigorate the social life of the Mediteranean region with various club activities exclusive to both children and women, mini concerts and signing sessions of famous singers and musicians, activities for children and alternative performances. Novada Manavgat will offer convenience with a parking capacity of 1,000 vehicles of which 500 are indoor spaces, and it will provide a spacious environment with its half open-half closed design. Novada distinguishes as being the first shopping mall and leisure destination which will address to a total of 650.000 people including residents of Serik and Antalya as well as the local winter time population of 250,000 in Manavgat.
Ercan Eren, Manavgat AVM Inc. Co.’s Chairman of the Board stated: “The shopping center, which has an investment value of USD 150 million, will provide 2,000 jobs for Manavgat, the tourism district with the largest total bed amount in the Mediterranean region and in the whole country. It will provide added value for the regional economy.” Eren informed that Novada Manavgat is capable of hosting 12 millions visitors annually.
