Developed by Turkmall in Maslak, UNIQ Istanbul, the new generation center of culture, arts and life, has received the “Best Socio-Cultural Building” award under the category of “Completed Projects” at Sign of the City Awards, one of the most prestigious awards of Turkish real estate market.
Brought a different approach to the culture and arts, entertainment and business life scenes of the city, UNIQ Istanbul hosted 36 concerts, 17 open-air performances and 11 art exhibitions, and attracted 2.3 million visitors overall in 10 months.
The center is located on a 62,000 sqm of land with a total of 150,000 sqm construction area. The center offers a city life of culture and arts in touch with nature.The center hosts many concerts, congresses, conferences, exhibitions and other events at the 1,200-seat UNIQ Hall with 10,000 sqm space, the UNIQ Open-Air Stage with a capacity of 3,000 people, the Volkswagen Arena with a capacity of 5,800 people, Xtreme Adventures with world-class tracks, the UNIQ Museum with 2,5000 sqm space, UNIQ Gallery and Turkmall Art Gallery.
Attracting everyone as a festival hub, the complex is also a home to international companies with its 16,000 sqm office space along with the premium stores, restaurants and cafes offering selections form world cuisine in total of 15,000 sqm of space.
