Turkmall is in Erbil!
One of the significant projects of Erbil, Gulan Park’s leasing and management services are now undertaken by Turkmall. The centre is scheduled to be opened in 2015.
Having been developed on Gulan Street, the most prestigious street of the Iraqi Kurdistan’s capital, the mixed-use project comprises of residence, hotel and office functions. Turkmall keeps expanding its abroad portfolio by providing leasing and management services for Gulan Park, one of the significant investments of SB Ozel Group in Northern Iraq.
Gulan Park is planned to be completed in 2015 in Erbil, also known as second Dubai of Middle East, and the centre offers a GLA of 35,000 m2.
